Emma Perron serves as a liaison between Invariant clients, lobbyists, and other stakeholders in Washington. She facilitates special projects, third-party engagement, and policy events.

Prior to joining Invariant, Emma was a program examiner at the Office of Management and Budget where she oversaw budget and policy processes for several federal agencies, including the Executive Office of the President and U.S. Postal Service. In addition, Emma worked at the General Services Administration supporting the 2020 presidential transition and Technology Modernization Fund.

Emma graduated from Virginia Tech and earned her master’s degree from the University of Maryland’s R.H. Smith School of Business.
