Before joining Invariant, Logan was a counsel to Senator Jeff Merkley (D-OR) on issues before the Senate Environment and Public Works and Appropriations Committees. Logan also served as a legislative advisor to Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL), a senior member of the House Appropriations Committee.
