Caroline Kaplan works with Invariant’s consumer products clients. She researches and analyzes policy issues, summarizes hearings and events, writes background memos, and assists with congressional and Administration engagement.

Before joining Invariant, she worked for Rep. Jennifer Wexton (D-VA), where she conducted research, contributed to memos, developed hearing questions, and monitored hearing language.

Caroline is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
