CAROLINE SWANN

Caroline Swann is Invariant’s Chief People Officer, leading employee experience; leadership development and training; talent acquisition and management; strategic planning; and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
Caroline joins Invariant from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where she oversaw all employee experience programming, including initiatives to increase employee engagement and foster inclusivity. Most recently, Caroline led the organization through a strategic reorganization to meet employee and organizational needs in the post-pandemic world. She also established employee resource groups to ensure a welcoming, diverse, and supportive community for all employees, as well as a high-potential development program for the Chamber’s next generation of leaders.
Previously, Caroline led human resources for the Republican National Committee, where she modernized the human resources department into a strategic and people-centric function. She also worked as Director of White House Personnel during the George W. Bush Administration.
Caroline is a graduate of the University of Arizona.
