Channing Lee Foster is an experienced communicator on Invariant’s strategic communications and public affairs team, specializing in communications strategies and issues management for startups and consumer brands. She helps clients develop brand narratives and stay ahead of reputation challenges.

Prior to joining Invariant, Channing ran her own crisis management firm, providing counsel to individuals and companies facing reputation challenges in the political landscape. Channing also worked with the White House Advance Office to lead travel for high-stakes principals including President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff. Channing managed messaging, media, security, and logistics for national and international trips.

Previously, Channing created and coordinated media strategies for the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies, while navigating the COVID-19 landscape and national security threats.

Channing graduated from the University of Notre Dame.
