Darlyn Phillips is Invariant’s chief financial officer (CFO). With more than 25 years of experience in financial and business management, Darlyn helps support and guide the firm’s strategic direction.

Darlyn joins Invariant from Next Fifteen Communications Group plc, where she served as CFO and head of operations for the portfolio brand Outcast. Darlyn led three highly successful acquisitions in this role, placing the agency into the global market. Her skills include implementing operational processes to increase efficiencies, maximizing financial reporting, strategic plan development and measurement, bank financing, technology direction, and acquisition-sale due diligence.

She is a graduate of Notre Dame De Namur University.
