Erin Hayden serves as an analyst for Invariant’s energy, environment, and sharing economy clients. She tracks issues ranging from renewable energy policy to sharing economy and labor regulations. She coordinates day-to-day operations for clients and provides legislative research and analysis that underpin tailored engagement strategies with Capitol Hill, the Administration, and key third-party stakeholders.
Erin got her start on Capitol Hill with Representative Al Lawson (D-FL).
Erin earned her BA from the University of Vermont and her Master of Public Policy from American University’s School of Public Affairs.
