Gloria Labbad is a senior communications strategist and attorney with nearly two decades of experience in crisis management, litigation communications, reputation building, corporate positioning, and media relations. Her work spans industries including financial services, technology, retail, real estate, insurance, healthcare, media, and manufacturing. She designs communications strategies to help clients navigate complex, high-stakes situations, often involving sensitive reputation and legal matters. Gloria also serves as Invariant’s General Counsel.

Gloria was previously Partner and Corporate Counsel at FGS Global, where she advised on complex labor matters, guiding companies through all stages of collective bargaining negotiations. She led employee engagement efforts and internal communications programs supporting major M&A transactions to ensure seamless integration of company cultures.

Previously, Gloria practiced law at two major law firms and served as a federal district court law clerk. She received her law degree from the UCLA School of Law and her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley.
