Hayden Ehlich supports Invariant’s defense and appropriations clients. He assists in research and analysis and coordinates engagement with key stakeholders in the federal government, including Members of Congress and Administration officials.

Before joining Invariant, Hayden served as a clerk for the House Armed Services Committee during the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act cycle. In this role, Hayden managed reporting requirements from the Departments of Defense, State, and Energy.

A native South Carolinian, Hayden spent time in former Majority Whip James E. Clyburn’s (D-SC) office and on Jaime Harrison’s (D-SC) 2020 senatorial campaign.

Hayden is a graduate of Anderson University (SC).
