Jose Luna is an analyst on Invariant’s communications and public affairs team. He provides research and analysis and develops communications materials to support clients.

Before joining Invariant, Jose worked at New Nation Strategies, a Los Angeles-based political consulting firm, where he developed communications plans and campaign materials.

Jose graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
