Kayla Irby works on Invariant’s strategic communications and public affairs team, where she provides research, digital content strategy, and community management to support Invariant’s clients.

Before joining Invariant, Kayla worked at Pepco Holdings, Inc. as a digital communications specialist. In this role, she developed social and digital content and communications plans for the company and its subsidiaries. Prior to this, Kayla interned at public affairs and political consultancy, SKDK.

Kayla is a graduate of Howard University.
