LOGAN HOLLERS

Logan Hollers brings a decade of climate, energy, and environmental law and policy expertise to Invariant’s government relations team. With experience working for senior members of the House and Senate and in the public and nonprofit sectors, Logan leverages his deep knowledge of the legislative and appropriations process.
Before joining Invariant, Logan was a policy advisor and counsel to Senator Jeff Merkley (D-OR) on issues before the Senate Appropriations and Environment and Public Works Committees, including the environment, agriculture, and transportation and infrastructure. Logan previously served as a legislative advisor to Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL), a senior member of the House Appropriations Committee, handling climate, transportation and infrastructure, and appropriations issues.
Prior to his Capitol Hill work, Logan served as a senior policy analyst for the Environmental Working Group.
Logan earned his bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota and received his Master of Law in Environmental Law from Lewis & Clark Law School.
