Matt Russell provides research analysis on a range of issues for Invariant’s clients, including tax, retirement, financial services, workforce development, and FinTech. Matt helps to identify and execute legislative strategies to close the gap between business leaders and policymakers.

Most recently, Matt worked at the House Committee on Ways and Means for the Social Security Subcommittee under Chairman Kevin Brady (R-TX). He previously served in the offices of Congressmen Steve Stivers (R-OH) and Tom McClintock (R-CA).

Matt is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.
