Morgan Smith supports Invariant’s strategic communications and public affairs team and clients. She helps deliver world-class work by managing and streamlining day-to-day operations. Morgan also liaises with internal and external stakeholders, supports business development efforts, and executes strategic team initiatives.

Morgan began her career at American Farmland Trust (AFT), where she worked to increase participation in non-profit and governmental farmland protection programs through written content and digital communications campaigns. She helped redefine and elevate the AFT brand in a time of rapid growth and unprecedented public interest in healthy food and farming.

Morgan is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.
