Perlyn Richards is an operations assistant responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational needs of Invariant’s clients and staff, leveraging nearly two decades of hospitality industry experience.

Prior to joining Invariant, Perlyn worked as an accounting specialist at J.W. Marriott Washington, DC, supporting business operations and leading billing services for VIP clients and events. Perlyn also worked at Marriott Marquis, where she was one of the few selected as a “Monumental Host of 2019” for her excellence in customer service and business operations.

Perlyn also worked at Oracle as a customer service analyst, where she received the “Pinnacle Award” for providing the best overall customer experience.
