Stephen Weyler is an associate supporting Invariant’s health care clients. In this role, he provides research analysis and tracks legislation, committee hearings, and markups for clients.

Prior to joining Invariant, Stephen worked as a fellow for the House Education and Labor Committee. Before that, Stephen served as a law clerk for Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh and the Network for Public Health Law and as an attorney for the University of Maryland’s Public Health Law Clinic.

Stephen graduated from Villanova University and earned his Juris Doctor and Health Care Law and Policy Specialization from the University of Maryland School of Law.
