Tanea is a corporate communications leader with a decade of experience working with multinational businesses and organizations across industries, providing counsel, managing corporate reputation, and raising executive visibility among core audiences. She joins Invariant from Brunswick Group, where she strategized narrative and messaging development, customized initiatives and programs, led C-suite and senior executive positioning, and traditional and social media to complement and accelerate business goals.

Prior to Brunswick, she was a core member of the global public affairs team at Laureate Education Inc., a global education company spanning across 20 countries. At Laureate, Tanea played an integral role though its IPO process as the strategic communications partner to C-Suite and senior executives across multiple geographies, and led thought leadership initiatives with former world leaders.
