Caroline Ponseti is a member of Invariant’s public affairs and strategic communications team. She helps clients shift public perception and build relationships with important stakeholders through integrated communications campaigns.

Caroline joined Invariant from a multi-client communications firm, where she developed and executed earned and paid media, thought leadership, social media, digital, advocacy, and grassroots strategies. While at the American Gaming Association, Caroline guided the trade association through a pivotal moment when the Supreme Court overturned the federal ban on sports betting. As a successful food Instagram influencer, Caroline provides valuable insight into what makes content engaging and how to best partner with social media influencers.

She is a graduate of Rhodes College.
