Jonny Montano works with Invariant’s judiciary and commerce clients. He tracks legislation and rulemaking, coordinates congressional and Administration engagement, and provides research and analysis. He specializes in topics ranging from data privacy and antitrust to platform content liability and cybersecurity.

Prior to joining the Judiciary and Commerce practice group, Jonny supported Invariant’s communications and public affairs clients where he worked on issues including federal appropriations, emerging technology, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Jonny is a graduate of The George Washington University.
