MEGAN LOWN
Megan Lown serves as Invariant’s Director of Human Resources, driving employee experience through HR programs and initiatives, streamlining employee onboarding, and designing performance management plans to evaluate and develop talent.
Previously, Megan worked for Edgeworth Economics LLC, where she led performance management cycles, managed team training, and implemented human resources programs to build company culture. Before that, Megan served as a human resources and benefits assistant at Buckley Sandler LLP.
Megan graduated from John Carroll University, where she studied human resources and business management.
