QUINCY ENOCH

Strategist and advocate Quincy Enoch co-chairs Invariant’s financial services and tax practice, leveraging more than a decade of policy expertise and political savvy. He brings a wide range of experience with a proven track record as a trade association’s lead Democratic lobbyist. Quincy is a “Democratic whisperer” to House Democrats on key committees and inside the Congressional Black Caucus, and he is a pro at designing and implementing robust shoe-leather lobbying efforts.
Quincy joined Invariant from the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC), where he was the lead Democrat designing and implementing strategies on behalf of the association’s membership. His policy focus included insurance, automated vehicles, drones, and consumer financial protection. Quincy also led the Democratic efforts of NAMICPAC, coordinating its engagement and political giving. Before NAMIC, Quincy rose through the ranks at the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU) from legislative and PAC coordinator to senior associate director of legislative affairs and military liaison.
Quincy is a decorated veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve and served in Iraq. He graduated from Marshall University.
