Sophia Daoud works with Invariant's strategic communications and public affairs team. She supports all aspects of account management with a focus on logistics for Invariant’s curated events and influencer engagement offering. Sophia also supports content development, research, and analytics.

Before working at Invariant, Sophia was deputy finance director at the Mike Franken for U.S. Senate Campaign. Previously, she served as a fundraiser for Karen Bass’ mayoral race in Los Angeles, as well as various federal, statewide, and local candidates in the NYC area. Sophia also has experience in the non-profit sector recruiting first-generation Americans to run for office during her time at New American Leaders.

Sophia received a B.A. and an M.A. from Fordham University.
