With over a decade of experience on Capitol Hill and in the private sector, Republican strategist Tim Martin chairs Invariant’s transportation and infrastructure practice. He designs compelling advocacy for clients by leveraging his policy expertise and a deep network on Capitol Hill. He understands how Washington impacts business and helps clients achieve policy and regulatory objectives. Tim works on issues ranging from the aviation sector and water resources to infrastructure investment and supply chain.

Prior to Invariant, Tim served as a public policy attorney at WilmerHale, providing counsel to clients navigating policy and regulatory challenges pertaining to energy, natural resources, agriculture, transportation, and infrastructure issues. Tim also served as legislative director for Representative Rodney Davis (R-IL) and as general counsel to Representative Scott Tipton (R-CO).

Tim holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is admitted to practice law in Washington, DC.
